Cindy has been managing the Hollybrook Realty office since 2008. She has complete confidence and experience in all phases of the business from accounting to writing contracts and working on the MLS.
Cindy also has over 25 years of experience in managing, consulting, and owning Assisted Living facilities. She has tremendous social skills, as she has personally worked with the elderly and their families in making critical decisions.
Cindy graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Criminal Justice and from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale with a degree in Culinary Arts. Overall, Cindy is well established and a seasoned veteran when working with others and when faced with various business-related challenges.

After relocating to South Florida from Connecticut in 1980 Lisa worked for the So. Florida Musicians Association and became Vice President. She was in charge of the Electronic Media Dept. and was involved in the negotiations of the recording contracts which has helped her in Real Estate.
She became a Realtor in the 1980’s and instantly became a top producer specializing in Residential sales in the Hollywood, Hallandale and Aventura areas.
Seven years ago, Lisa joined Hollybrook Realty where her phone never stops ringing. Today, she is part of a highly successful team that offers clients a true “one stop” shop for all their Real Estate needs.

As a former business owner with a background in Accounting, Denis Kersaint has become an agent of choice today of many motivated South Florida buyers and sellers.
From 2003-2008, Denis worked as a Accountant in a family based office before starting up a successful Car Wash company in his native Miami.
In 2012, Denis decided to switch gears and learn the Real Estate business from the ground up. His connection to Signature evolved from his time enrolled at Broward Community College where his FREC I Instructor was our own Dale Doyle. Licensed in2012, Denis became part of the Signature team, joining Hollybrook Realty two years later.

JR, a native of France, has been with Hollybrook Realty since 2012. He has become a specialist in international clients for French and Spanish speaking customers.
Having working almost 30 years for a large European bank in Wealth Management led him to live in many countries around the world. At 25 years old he had already lived in 3 continents: Europe, Africa and Latin America. He has dealt with many customers from different culture and background. JR has spent 20 years in Latin American and the Caribbean zone for his former job.
JR is very detailed and focused on providing outstanding service to customers and is passionate about his job.
He relocated from Panama, with his wife, Millie, and moved to Pembroke Pines almost 4 years ago. The Santerre’s have 4 grown-up boys, 2 residing in the US and 2 in France.
